CUSTOMER LEGAL RIGHTS:
Customers have the right to a FULL Refund for packages booked and paid for in Advance if CANCELLED 30 days before the scheduled start of Itinerary. For pacakages booked and paid for in Full less than 30 days of commencement of package and cancel within 21 days of travel 75% Refund and for packages booked and paid for and cancel less than 14 days the company reserves the right to process any refund in part and be compensated for expense incurred and revenue loss.
The Customer has the right to a safe and secure environment, accommodations, transportation and protection while in the care of the tour operator.
COMPLAINTS: In the event that the customer finds it neccessay to lodge a complain of any kind, this can be done so in person to the tour guide present or in person at our registered business office or via email to the director and cc: the local authority, Guyana Tourism Authority (GTA) if neccessary.
In the event that a tour / package is unable to be fullfilled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Tour Provider, such as, Hurricane, Flood and Bad Weather or any other disaster, the operator shall process claims made for all charges paid for any tours that have been cancel by the operator and shall also compensate the customer by offering discount on any future package booked after.
ACCIDENT/INCIDENT POLICY:
We recommend that All our Customers take out personal injury accident and travel insurance policy with their insurance company before travel. While our tours are conducted in the safest possible manner with every precautions being taken, most local Insurance companies do not offer accident or personal injury insurance and those that do the cost is very high.

We strive for perfection. Every effort is made to conduct tours in a highly professional way using the best available resources and equipments with highly trained guides to maintain a safe environment
